His Excellency Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, the Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, visited Suhail Industrial Holdin Group in Qatar. He was briefed on a tour of three factories belonging to the group as part of his official visit to Qatar, accompanied by His Excellency Engineer Khalil bin Ibrahim bin Salama, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industry Affairs.
During his visit, the Minister was met by His Excellency Sheikh Khalid Ahmed Mubarak Al Thani, Chairman of Suhail Industrial Holding Group, Sheikh Abdulaziz Ahmed Mubarak Al Thani, Board Member, Sheikh Nasser bin Jassem Al Thani, Group CEO and Mr. Ziad Issa, The Managing Director, along with Board Members and factory managers of the group.
The tour included visits to Suhail Engineering Industries Factory, Suhail Metal Forming Factory, and Suhail Aluminum Factory. Throughout the tour, detailed explanations were provided to the Minister about the operations of each factory, the machinery and technologies used, raw materials, final products, their added value to the Qatari and Gulf economies in general, and their contribution to income diversification.
